Aisling Bea
Aisling is a well-known Irish comedian that has been in the business for quite a while. She was born in Kildare, Ireland on the 16th of March 1984. Bea was on the show with Stephen Fry on QI. Aisling Claiodhnadh or Aisling "Bea" is an Irish writer and actor. Her birth date was March 16th 1984. Bea started her stand-up career in 2011after having appeared in bits in several Irish television shows and British series since 2009. As early as 2012 she was in sitcoms and sketch comedy. She has a younger sister, Sinead. She became only the second female winner of So You Think You're Funny in 2012. Bea's surname is in honour of her father who passed away. Aisling Cliodhnadh is the daughter of a Kildare born girl. Her birth date was in March 16, 1984. Bea's father Brian is an equine veterinarian who killed himself at the age of three. Bea didn't learn how her father passed away until she reached the age of thirteen. Her stage name Bea was in tribute to her father. Bea published an opinion piece in The Guardian, published in 2017 on her journey with suicide. Bea and her younger sister Sinead were nurtured by their mother Helen (nee Moloney) a secondary school teacher, jockey trainer, and former professional jockey. Their family was passionate about horses and races. Bea had a job as a tour guide in the Irish National Stud. From an early age, Bea knew that she was not interested in a racing career. Instead she loved the artistic arts.
